First and foremost, what I love about these bands is they are very durable. With just a single band on either side of this bar, you can really feel the tension. It states that just with a single band on either side is the same amount as 30lbs and it definitely is. The bar itself is really easy to set up as all you do is combine both sides and make sure it snaps into place. I've been using these to help with squats and lifting and I am really feeling the burn in a good way. I do recommend slip resistant tennis shoes because I found that it helps when I place the straps around my feet that the straps stay in place and don't move while I'm pulling on the bar. While I am still using just the single band on each side, I did attempt the 2 bands on each and I really struggled with those. Whether I'm standing on the straps or even the bar, this whole workout system is very sturdy and strong. With just this bar and bands, I'm able to get a full body workout without straining or hurting myself with free weights. Not to mention, a lot easier to store and they don't take up much space once I unlatch the bar.

Worth the price great tool to tone and workout with where real weights aren’t available. It won’t get you any gains but it will tighten and tone easy to use and keep in the trunk of your car so you cam basically do all kind of upper body workouts while on break at work waiting on your kids to finish recitals or waiting on your wife to shop

I love this little set! You can use it all together or get creative and use different parts of it to accomplish different exercises. Everything is really sturdy so I’m not scared about anything snapping or something. Love the heavy duty clips cause I can get use out of them for other stuff when not using the equipment.
